Payment and shipping information

  1. PAYMENTS   The payment methods we currently accept from all shoppers are PayPal and credit card payments. Afterpay and bank deposits are also available to Australian shoppers. Your payments made on our website are secure. 
  2. CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS  Please ensure that the postal address you supply is 100% correct and contains all the necessary details. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel that does not arrive if you supply the wrong address. You will not be refunded in such an instance. All of our parcels are despatched with a return address label and will be re-sent to you at your cost if it is returned to us.
  3. ESTIMATED DISPATCH AND ARRIVAL TIMES  Inventory goods will be shipped as soon as payment clears from Perth, Western Australia. Please allow 2 or 3 days for processing and then approximately another week or two for it to arrive through the postal system.  Please note regular international post may take even longer. However, express international service is fast but not cheap being in the region of AU$43 for a parcel under 500g.
  4. URGENT REQUESTS   If you require an item urgently, please contact us on info@littleredsquirrel.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request and speed things up if possible.
  5. LIABILITY  Please note that once your parcel has been posted, it is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver caused by the post office, forces of nature or being supplied an incorrect or incomplete address. Please enquire if you would like insurance added to your shipping costs.
  6. MANUFACTURING TIME REQUIRED FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS   Customised and personalised items are made to order in our Perth studio and will only be posted to you once made. Please allow a week or two for this process plus additional time for travel within the postal system.
  7.  AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING  We are trying our best to keep domestic, Australian shipping costs reasonable so our policy is to charge everyone our lowest rate for all parcels under 500g. All such parcels will be charged Australia Post's priority post registered large letter with a small token amount paid towards packaging. If your order under 500g requires more substantial postage than that base rate, we pick up the difference! Parcels over 500g (which would be rare) will be charged at the standard going rate for that size parcel. International shipping will not be discounted in this way. Please refer to our complete domestic shipping chart below for full details. 
  8. WAREHOUSE DIRECT GOODS  Warehouse direct goods will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for these purchases. Please allow extra time for these purposes. These items will be labelled as "warehouse direct" in a clear manner in our shop listings. There are currently no warehouse direct products on offer.
  9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  We do not ship to all countries. If your country does not appear on our shipping list, please contact us and we will consider your request. We do not like shipping to countries with unreliable postal services as your parcel is unlikely to arrive or you will have to wait an inordinately long time for it to arrive. We current ship to the following countries using Australia Post: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
